An immersive, multi-day experience delivered in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE), designed to prepare leaders for the future of work. The Leadership Pathway Intensive brings together participants from across the Leadership Pathway community to explore the evolving landscape of leadership in a complex, AI-influenced world.
Through highly engaging sessions, facilitated discussions, experiential learning, and industry insights, participants will strengthen strategic thinking, enhance decision-making, and build the agility needed to lead through change. The program focuses on high-performance leadership, dynamic thinking, and navigating disruption — equipping leaders with practical tools to inspire others and drive organizational impact.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Full refunds minus the $100 cancellation fee will be granted for cancellation requests received prior to 5:00 PM ET on Friday, June 5, 2026. After that time, no refunds or credits will be granted, however, your registration may be transferred to another individual at your firm in the Leadership Pathway program.
