The Gateway Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established by the Money Management Institute to engage underrepresented communities in the financial services industry. The Foundation fosters increased access to financial literacy, industry awareness and preparation, and performance and professional development opportunities. Our initiatives help prepare, educate, and develop skills necessary for an impactful career in financial services organizations and as industry leaders.
MMI Career Connect
The MMI Career Connect platform is designed to accelerate both individual and industry growth by building a meaningful connection between MMI member firms and rising diverse talent. This site serves as an entry point for MMI member firms to expand their talent pool, while simultaneously providing pathways for leadership and career opportunities for individuals from underrepresented communities within the financial services industry.
DE&I Community
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Community enables MMI members to share, gain, and promote expertise with industry Chief Diversity Officers, D&I professionals and HR business partners.
