This new program aims to bridge the gap between MMI member firms and professionals from underrepresented backgrounds, enhancing both individual and industry growth. The online tool is designed to provide meaningful in-person connections, promote career entry points and further expand the talent pool for diverse next-era professionals and leaders.

With our new MMI Career Connect platform, we accomplish both.”
MMI Career Connect provides member firms a connection to diverse talent and resources for expanding their talent pipeline, as well as opportunities for those seeking career advancement and expanding their connections with member firms’ networks. For member firms, MMI has curated webinars, videos and networking opportunities with recommended organizations that support diverse talent. The platform also provides diverse job seekers with additional resources and opportunities to learn from those in the field, explore mentor and career coaching connections and access high-quality professional development opportunities.
