Become a mentor for the 2024 Leadership Pathway Class! This year's class is composed of 84 emerging leaders across 56 industry firms. The participants' commitment to bettering themselves and honing their professional skills is evident, and they are eager to be matched with their mentors.
Mentor Requirements
Preferably, mentors will have around 15+ years of experience in the industry and would be willing to meet with their mentee(s) (virtually or in-person) at least once per quarter over the next 2 years.
